How do I reserve rentals?

Since our rentals are first come-first serve, we promise to work quickly with you on creating a quote you feel comfortable booking. Inquire at hello@lasegundaestudio.com to see if your event date and desired rental piece(s) are available.

To reserve your dream rentals, we require a signed contract, Terms and Conditions, refundable deposit and a full payment.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is fee-based and dependent upon availability. Delivery rates vary depending on the location, order size and special handling and/or set up. Must be agreed upon in advance with address confirmation.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Absolutely! Our rental inventory is located in West Ventura. One week prior to your event date, we will send you an email and/or text to schedule your Will Call appointment.

Once we sign a contract with you can we make adjustments?

You can make minor adjustments and additions as you need on in stock items up to one week before.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We are happy to help you reschedule if unforeseen changes arise and you find it necessary to change your event date. The new event date must be within 6 months of the date of notification.
